Everything on carbfasting.com, including the free book and the tools, is general education about a way of eating. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Talk to a qualified clinician before changing how you eat, especially if you are pregnant, take medication that affects blood sugar, or have a medical condition. Never change a prescribed medication on your own.
Results
Any result described on this site, including the author's own, is one person's experience. Your results will differ.
Tools
The calculators use published formulas and show their working. They produce estimates for healthy adults and are not calibrated for children, pregnancy, or clinical use.
