What we collect

Your email address, only when you type it into a form on this site to get the book. We also record the page it came from and, if present, a utm_source tag so we know whether a signup came from search, an AI assistant, or a link we shared.

Basic analytics, if enabled: page views and events such as a completed signup, through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These do not include your name or email.

Hosting logs: our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for a short period to run the site and stop abuse.

What we do with it

We send you the book you asked for, and now and then a carb fasting update: a new guide or a study worth knowing about. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. We do not sell or rent your address, and we do not add you to any other Freedomology list.

Who processes it

Email delivery and our contact list run on Resend. Netlify hosts the site and runs the form handler. Google and Microsoft process analytics data under their own terms, if analytics is enabled.

Your choices

Unsubscribe with the link in any email. To have your address deleted, reply to any email with the word delete or use the contact page. You can block analytics with your browser settings or an ad blocker; the site works without them.
